All permanent employees are eligible to nominate a colleague. Contractors and temporary staff are not eligible to submit nominations.

Review these principles before submitting nominations to keep recognition fair, credible, and aligned to award criteria.
All permanent employees are eligible to nominate a colleague. Contractors and temporary staff are not eligible to submit nominations.
Any employee who has demonstrated exceptional performance, innovation, leadership, or customer service within the award period may be nominated.
Self-nominations are not permitted. All nominations must recognise the contributions of a peer or colleague.
Each employee may submit a maximum of 3 nominations per award cycle. Choose carefully and make each nomination count.
Submitted nominations are reviewed by a panel of evaluators who score each entry against the category criteria. High-scoring nominations are forwarded to the adjudicator panel for final selection.
Winners are announced at the annual awards ceremony. All nominators and nominees will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
